2019 Runaway and Homeless Youth Grantees Regional MeetingsThe Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) and Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center (RHYTTAC) are pleased to officially announce the Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Grantees Regional Meeting dates and locations for 2019. This year, the meetings are scheduled for a full day (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) followed by a second optional half-day (8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) local time for the city hosting each regional meeting. The agenda will include FYSB updates, discussions about prevention, emergency preparedness, and other topics. In addition, there will be breakout training opportunities including sustainability and staff development for program managers and executives and critical components of effective engagement and interventions with youth for youth care workers. There will be a $40 registration fee which will cover morning beverage service and lunch for the first day. There will be an additional $10 charge for morning beverage service to attend the second day optional training. There is not a reserved hotel room block for regional meetings; however, hotel options are listed below. FYSB and RHYTTAC look forward to seeing you at your regional meeting.
