RHYTTAC's eLearning Platform

RHYTTAC eLearning is a web-based application containing training documents, PowerPoint presentations, and recorded webinar trainings. Courses may be taken at one’s own pace anywhere the Internet is available. Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Grantees are welcome to access eLearning by creating a free user account. No software is installed on the computer; however, there are recommended system requirements and browser settings for optimal use of this system. 

Manager Role 

Organizations can now gain more insight into their team’s training completion through a Manager Role in eLearning. Organizations can designate a staff member to be ‘Manager’ over their team within eLearning through the Manager Role. Managers can assign/enroll staff in courses, set due dates for course completion, track course completion, and see staff’s training history. This new feature supports teams’ compliance in meeting the training requirements. You can learn more here. 

Managers must complete an eLearning module about the role in order to be given Manager permissions. If you are interested in setting up a Manager for your organization, please complete the form below and a member of our team will be in contact with you.

Before requesting manager role access, make sure you have registered for the eLearning platform and created your user account. Manager access requests can only be processed once registration is complete.

System Requirements

RHYTTAC eLearning is supported on most popular browsers, including: 

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

On these browsers, RHYTTAC eLearning supports the most recent major version, the previous major version, and the mobile versions of these browsers. As these browsers are updated routinely, you can find which version is the most recent on the corresponding browser's website.

Note: Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.

Browser Settings

Using a supported browser, set the following options:

  • Enable JavaScript
  • Enable cookies
  • Use TLS v1.2 or later

How to Sign Up for RHYTTAC eLearning

  • Step 1: Click on https://training.rhyttac.org.
  • Step 2: In the "Register now" link in the upper right corner.
  • Step 3: Enter your Email Address and then create and confirm your Password

How to Access the Trainings

  • Step 1: Click “Catalog” in the main menu bar.
  • Step 2: Browse the list of trainings or search for a specific training using the keyword search or Category filters.
  • Step 3: Click on the training you would like to access.
  • Step 4: Click on the “Enroll: button.
  • Step 5: You should be given access to training content. Follow the instructions to complete the training and/or exams and evaluation forms.

How to Access the Community of Practice

  • Step 1: Click “Forum” in the main menu bar.
  • Step 2: Click on one of the Forums provided to begin commenting and collaborating with your colleagues.
