Overview of Events and Respondents

On this page, we share the event attendance and survey response rates for each event, as well as overall survey participation by region and respondent role. Each graph can be interacted with by hovering over the data points. The key takeaways are:

• Attendance and Survey Response: Survey response rates varied across all event types. Virtual trainings had the highest event attendance.
• Respondent Region: Survey response varied by region, with Regions 4 and 6 having the highest representation in survey response.
• Staff Role: Among the respondents, 61% were in leadership/administrative roles at their organizations.

Topic, Content, & Event Features

On this page, we present the degree to which respondents strongly agreed with the topic, content, or event features. Across all events, respondents overwhelmingly agreed with all the statements. The key takeaways are:

• Topic: Respondents reported that events were relevant to grantees work.
• Content: The content of events were rated highly across event types. This demonstrates RHYTTAC successfully designed and delivered events this year with RHY grantees’ organizational context and current needs in mind.
• Event Features: Events offered opportunities for engagement and for grantees to share strategies with each other. Speakers were highly effective.

Ease of Participation & Overall Satisfaction

Respondents rated their ease of participating in each TTA event, and also reported on their overall satisfaction of events. The key takeaways are:

• Ease of Participation: The majority of respondents reported high ease of participation.
• Overall satisfaction: The majority of respondents reported high satisfaction across all events.
