2019 FYSB RHY Artistic Expression Contest Winners

The Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) and Runaway and Homeless Youth Technical Training and Assistance Center (RHYTTAC) are pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 FYSB RHY Artistic Expression Contest.

There were an overwhelming number of submissions and two winners were selected to win a $50 gift card and a trip to the 2019 RHY Grantee National Training in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. These winners are Capital City Youth Services (CCYS)’s Youth Advisory Board with the mural “Rise Above Bullying” and David Valentine with the song “Dignified”, sponsored by Synergy Services.
