RHY National Communication System Funding Opportunity Announcement Available

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Administration on Children, Youth, and Families (ACYF), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) announces the availability of funds to operate the Runaway and Homeless Youth National Communication System (NCS) Program. 

The NCS Program links youth in crisis, runaway youth, homeless youth and their families to shelters, counseling, medical assistance, and other vital services. Additionally, the NCS Program provides information, referral services, crisis intervention, and prevention resources to vulnerable and youth at risk of running away and/or becoming homeless and their families or legal guardians.
