Virtual Discussion: Human Trafficking and Runaway and Homeless Youth– Lessons from the Field

In 2020, the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) in collaboration with Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago completed the Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Human Trafficking (HT) Assessment Report. This assessment gathered information from over 300 RHY programs to learn about their experiences, practices, and challenges with identifying and serving trafficked youth as well as preventing human trafficking among RHY.  The report provides eight key findings and valuable information regarding the impact of sex and labor trafficking on the youth served by RHY programs.

Please join FYSB and Chapin Hall for an interactive discussion about the assessment report, key findings, and how this assessment will inform future technical and training assistance activities.
