Theme

The theme for the 2023 RHY National Grantee Training was: Together: Equity, Creativity, and Youth Leadership

Relationships and community are at the heart of the work in the youth services field. Together – in partnerships centered around equity, creativity, and youth leadership – we can collaborate authentically. This theme is a commitment to breaking down silos and barriers and to working together as a field, in communities across the nation, and with the valuable expertise available through youth leadership and engagement. To ensure greater equity we must stand Together and use our shared creativity and voices to find new ways to make connections, build relationships, and generate solutions.
