Measuring Up: Youth-level Outcomes and Measures for Provider Responses to Youth Homelessness

This virtual training will provide participating RHY grantees an overview of the Measuring Up report, the outcomes and measures included, as well as outline the process of identifying outcome measures. The virtual training will also introduce an upcoming pilot project that will guide selected participants through the process of selecting and prioritizing program measures that align with the Family and Youth Services Bureau’s (FYSB) four core outcome areas.

Learning Objectives:

• Assist programs with outcome measurement and the measurement selection process.
• Describe considerations and challenges for RHY providers to measure youth outcomes.
• Review naming and prioritizing specific outcomes programs aim to change and measurement priorities for each of the four core outcome areas.
• Discuss where capacity building efforts should focus to accomplish outcome identification/prioritization and measurement.
