TA Café: Staff Recruitment, Training, and Retention: Approaches and Strategies from the Field ​ 

Date: Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 PM ET 

With a peer discussion breakout session immediately following the webinar from 2-2:30 PM ET.

Building on the recently released Staff Recruitment, Training, and Retention Info Sheet, this TA Café will provide space for Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) grantees to share examples and collaborate on action plans to address staffing challenges.

As we continue to discuss challenges and emerging approaches for staff recruitment, training, and retention, participants are encouraged to bring examples and ideas to share and will have the opportunity to engage in peer-to-peer learning, facilitated discussion, and interactive coaching.

Due to the demand for the first TA Café, we will hold this second session in August. Please note that attendance is capped at 60 grantee participants. This TA Café is not open to the public.

In this TA Café, participants will:

• Review emerging approaches from the field to address challenges in staff recruitment, training, and retention.​
• Share examples and resources with peers to develop new strategies.​
• Create an action plan for organizational implementation.
