Using the FYSB RHY Staff Forum

  1. Make sure you are logged in.

    Click here to log in.

    If you need assistance logging in, you may click forgot username or forgot password. You may also contact the FYSB RHYTTAC team at [email protected] for assistance.

  2. Enter the FYSB RHY Staff Forum by clicking on the links provided in the Support Center or the sub-navigation; or, you may click below.

    Click here to enter the FYSB RHY Staff Forum.
  3. Select the forum you wish to enter. (i.e., If you wish to upload monthly reports, please click "FYSB - Completed Monthly Reports." If you wish to start or join a discussion, please click "FYSB - Discussion Forum.")

  4. You may view the list of topics already started - or - you may start a new topic by clicking on "New Topic" at the top of the list. To view a discussion already started, simply click on the topic name. In the example shown below, you would click on "Sample Topic".
  5. To start a new topic, click "New Topic" as shown above and enter your subject, type your comment, and click "submit". You also have the opportunity to upload a file.

  6. To participate in a current discussion, click on the topic of interest. You may enter a "Quick Reply" comment in the reply box and click submit; or you may click "Post Reply" to open a separate reply box that provides additional options, including the ability to upload a file.

  7. Once you become familiar with using the forum, you may choose to use features such as "favorite," "lock topic," and/or "move topic" to place specific discussions higher or lower on your list. You may also "subscribe" to a topic; however, please note that by subscribing to a topic, you will receive an email notification each time a comment is posted.
