Runaway and Homeless Youth Street Outreach Program Notice of Funding Opportunity Now Available 

The Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Children, Youth and Families, Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) announces the release of the Fiscal Year 2022 Street Outreach Program (SOP) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).  

The Street Outreach Program provides street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth subject to or at-risk of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, and severe forms of human trafficking. SOP services, targeted in areas where street youth congregate, are designed to assist youth in making healthy choices and providing them access to shelter as well as basic needs, including food, hygiene packages and information on a range of available services. 

Grants awarded under this announcement will have a start date, on or before, September 30, 2022 and will be for a 36-month project period.
