2021 RHY National Grantee Training
Virtual Exhibitors

The Runaway and Homeless Youth Training & Technical Assistance Center (RHYTTAC) invites you to exhibit during the 2021 Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) National Grantee Training - November 16-18, 2021. The Virtual Exhibits are an opportunity for you to promote your organization’s service and products, and also demonstrate your support to hundreds of youth service providers and organizations from across the United States.

As a Virtual Exhibitor, we encourage you to share a short promotional video, connect one-on-one with over 1,200 attendees, and provide resources and support to youth service providers and organizations. These exhibits are at an investment of $125.

Because this is a virtual exhibit, your information will be accessible during the entire run of the National Training to at least 1,200 participants. We recommend you be available to answer questions from attendees and/or make live presentations to attendees during the following times:

  • Tuesday, November 16th: 12 pm - 12:30 pm ET
  • Wednesday, November 17th: 12 pm - 12:30 pm ET
  • Thursday, November 18th: 12 pm - 12:30 pm ET

Exhibitors will be provided training on how to use Hopin, our virtual event platform, a few days prior to the National Training. Real-time support and troubleshooting will also be available during the event. Exhibitors are invited to participate in National Training content sessions.

Exhibitor Information

In order to build your virtual exhibit booth, RHYTTAC requests each exhibitor to provide the following information by completing the exhibitor information request form. This form will be used to collect the following information for your booth: 

  1. Organization/Company Name - However you’d like to be recognized.
  2. Headline - One sentence that describes your organization/company in under 70 characters
  3. Description - What you want attendees to know about your organization/company in under 700 characters.
  4. Website URL - For organization/company.
  5. Contact Name - For event coordination.
  6. Contact Email Address - For event coordination.
  7. Contact Phone Number - For event coordination.
  8. Logo - For the best appearance, use a transparent image file and a round circle if possible. Dimensions: 1080 x 1080 px.

Optional items: 

9. Background Image - This image is underneath the logo and headline that you see when viewing the list of Exhibits. Dimensions: 1500 x 750 px.
10. Promotional Video - Link to a product or company video. Format needs to be a URL (e.g., Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia, or Google Slides).
11. Call to Action Button Label - Could be things like - Learn More, Visit Our Website, Take Action. Max 26 characters.
12. Call to Action Button Destination -
a. Link to a webpage, or
b. Allow attendees to send their name/email to the booth moderator in which they are registering their interest to be contacted by you in the future (note you will receive one email per attendee who clicks this button).

Please be mindful not to share images/video/audio content of individuals without their prior consent.

RHYTTAC will be reviewing all content for relevancy, and will not include any offensive or explicit content. Content containing the following will be prohibited from exhibiting - content that:

  • incites hatred, or promotes discrimination
  • harasses, intimidates, or bullies
  • threatens or advocates for physical or mental harm on oneself or others
  • seeks to exploit others
  • contains explicit sexual themes
  • is shocking, violent, or obscene
  • includes partisan themes

Exhibit forms and materials must be received by October 22, 2021. To become an Exhibitor, please complete this form and submit payment via credit card, or we will invoice you for payment.
